What advice do you have for a new injured person that is dealing with incontinence issues?
I think the challenge that we have to deal with is how to accept ourselves with our new disability. Not just us accepting us but our family members, our friends accepting us with our disabilities. It’s never easy early on – it gets easier. It is doable. It is manageable. It just takes a lot of trial and error to figure out what works best for you yourself.
